Privacy policy.

What milltrue.com collects about you, why, who else sees it, and how to have it changed or deleted.

Who we are.

MillTrue is the manufacturing practice of Attract Group. The company responsible for your personal data on this site — the data controller — is Artis USA Inc. DBA Attract Group, 923 De Met Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89119, United States. Our European office is at Bart de Ligtstraat 68, 1097 JE Amsterdam, Netherlands.

For anything on this page, write to hello@attractgroup.com.

This policy covers milltrue.com. Attract Group's own site has its own policy.

What we collect.

When you ask for a call or a demo

The site has two forms: one to ask for a call, one to ask to see a product. When you send one, we receive:

  • your name and work email;
  • what you make, if you choose to tell us (call form only);
  • which product you asked to see (demo form only);
  • the address of the page you sent it from;
  • how you arrived: the first page you opened on this visit, the site that sent you there, if any, and the campaign tags in that link, such as utm_source;
  • whether you allowed marketing in the cookie settings;
  • which version of the home page you were shown (see below).

How you arrived is noted in your browser's session storage when you open the first page, whatever you choose in the cookie settings, and it is gone when you close the tab. It only reaches us if you send a form or book a call.

Nothing is sent from a form you start and don't submit.

Calls can also be booked in the calendar on the booking page. That calendar is run by HighLevel: what you enter in it goes to them and to us, and the page passes it the campaign tags of the link you arrived by.

Analytics

On every visit, Google Analytics records which pages get read, which links and buttons are clicked, and whether a form was sent or a call booked, together with what a browser normally reports: device and browser type, screen size, the page that sent you here, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. It sets its own cookies, named _ga, to recognise a returning browser.

The cookie settings cover marketing only. They do not switch analytics off.

The home page test

We are comparing two versions of the top of the home page. The first time you open it, you are shown one of the two at random, and a cookie named mt-hero-2026-09 remembers which, so you see the same one when you come back. It holds the letter a or b and nothing else, is set by this site and lasts 90 days.

Which version you saw goes to Google Analytics and with any form you send, so we can tell which one leads to more conversations. It is not used for advertising.

On every visit

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, your browser details and the address you requested, and we use those records only to keep the site running and secure.

The page also loads Google Tag Manager from Google's servers — it is what loads Analytics. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and browser details, whatever you choose in the cookie settings.

The booking page loads HighLevel's calendar from their servers in the same way, so HighLevel receives your IP address and browser details when you open it.

The typefaces and images are served from this site, so reading it contacts no other font or image service.

Your cookie choice

Your answer to the cookie question is kept in your own browser's local storage, so you are asked once. It is stored in your browser, not on our servers.

Why we use it.

  • To answer your request — to reply, arrange the call and talk about the work. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • To see how the site is read — analytics and the home page test, under our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site do their job.
  • To know what brings a request — how you arrived, sent with a form, under our legitimate interest in knowing which pages and campaigns lead to conversations.
  • To keep the site running and secure — server records, under our legitimate interest in a site that works and is safe to use.

We make no automated decisions about you from this data.

Who else sees it.

Only the companies that run parts of the site or the work for us, each for the purpose above:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosts the site.
  • Google LLC — Tag Manager and Analytics, on every visit.
  • HighLevel, Inc. — the booking calendar, and the system your request is recorded in.
  • The tools we answer requests with — our email.

Some of them are in the United States. Where your data leaves the EEA or the UK, the transfer is covered by the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We don't sell personal data or share it for advertising. No advertising tags run on this site; if one is ever added, it stays off until you switch marketing on in the cookie settings. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it.

  • Requests from the forms — while we are talking about the work, and for as long as a business relationship follows from it. After that we delete them, keeping only what the law requires.
  • Analytics — for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
  • Server records — for the limited period the host keeps them.
  • The home page test cookie — in your browser for 90 days, or until you clear it.
  • How you arrived — in your browser until you close the tab; once sent with a request, as long as the request.
  • Your cookie choice — in your browser, until you change it or clear the browser's storage.

Your rights.

Write to hello@attractgroup.com and we will show you the personal data we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop or limit how we use it. You can also object to any use based on our legitimate interests.

Where we rely on your consent — for marketing — you can withdraw it at any time in the cookie settings, and it takes effect straight away. To object to analytics or the home page test, write to us, or block cookies for this site in your browser.

We reply within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK and our answer does not settle it, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, such as California, you have the rights that law gives you, and the same address reaches us.

Children.

This site is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
